Your varied working day with us will look like this.
Your tasks
- Processing technical customer inquiries (telephone and e-mail)
- As a reliable contact person, you are the point of contact for our specialist customers in Austria, Germany and Switzerland for technical questions relating to the TENKA Power Ecosystem product portfolio
- Advice on technical questions about our Ecosystem products (inverters, battery storage, system monitoring, PV modules, e-charging solutions, etc.)
- Supporting our specialist partners in the commissioning of TENKA Power Ecosystem products (mostly by telephone)
- Supporting, analyzing and instructing in the context of troubleshooting a photovoltaic system
- Recreating complex situations
- You will also provide support with commissioning, repairs and on-site service
- Conducting training courses, webinars and training sessions in the internal and external corporate environment round off your area of responsibility
Your qualification / knowledge
- Successfully completed electrical engineering training (HTL, apprenticeship, etc.), initial professional experience in technical customer support an advantage
- Strong technical understanding and/or relevant professional experience in the field of photovoltaics or energy systems (an advantage)
- Enthusiasm for renewable energy and a willingness to learn
- You impress with your high level of problem-solving skills, strong technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
- Customer-oriented thinking and enjoyment in dealing with customers is a matter of course for you
- Committed and motivated personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Your profile is rounded off by very good written and spoken German and English skills
