To strengthen our team in Austria, we are looking for a committed and empathetic sales representative (m/f/d) to build up and expand our sales activities in Austria and Switzerland.

Your varied working day with us will look like this.

Your tasks

• Presentation, analysis of customer needs and sale of suitable products and solutions from our TENKA Power Ecosystem
• Advice for our customers to support the purchase decision
• Calculation and preparation of individual offers, acceptance of orders
• Further development of the customer base and acquisition of new customers, support and retention of existing customers
• Advice and constant information about new products & services
• Participation in trade fairs, workshops and events to present our PV products and solutions
• Holding on-site sales training courses throughout Austria and Switzerland
• Market observation and competitive analysis to identify the funding landscape, market trends and technological developments
• Supporting the national sales manager in achieving sales targets
• Use of CRM systems to document and monitor relevant data

Your qualification / knowledge

• Commercial or technical training in the field of electrical engineering (ideally with PV experience)  
• 2-3 years experience in sales
• Knowledge of sales and conversation techniques; strong communication skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness;
• Empathy and knowledge of human nature
• Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
• business management and entrepreneurial thinking;
• Committed and motivated personality with strong communication and presentation skills and experience in dealing with different target groups
• Your profile is rounded off by very good written and spoken German and English skills
• High willingness to travel
